Soon, Nate and Dee Dee reached their destination. “See you tomorrow Nate!” Dee Dee said as she skipped up the steps to her house. “Bye.” Nate replied. Nate walked off, feeling pretty good about himself. “Hey, Nate!” a voice cried out. “Hm?” Nate turned around to see Francis and Teddy running right for him. “What’s up?” Nate asked his friends when they approached. “How did your DATE go?” Teddy teased. “It was not a date!” Nate shot back. “Just a meeting between friends. And I’ll have you know, Dee Dee has agreed to go to the dance with me!”

“Now its just a question of you showing up to the dance with her!” Francis said. “Relax,” Nate said, “I’m going to her house tomorrow to make some plans.” “OOOOO…” Teddy and Francis began to whistle. “Knock it off, guys! C’mon, gimme a break!” “Alright, alright, we’ll knock it off.” Francis said. “Good.” Nate began to walk off to his house. “Wanna come over and hang out?” Nate asked his friends. “Sure.” they answered. All three friends began to walk off towards Nate’s house.

Just when they reached the house, Chad came running up. “I’ve been looking everywhere for you, Nate! I’ve got some bad news!” “Calm down Chad. What is it?” Nate asked. “Its Kim! She’s been looking for you all day!” Nate began to shudder. “Why me?” he asked himself. “Wait a minute, I’ve already got someone to go to the dance with me! Duh!” Nate smacked his forehead. “I shouldn’t have to worry about Kim.” “Uh, Nate?” Teddy spoke up. “You tried to use Dee Dee as an excuse to get out of going with Kim last year, remember?” Nate sunk his head in his hands. “How can my life get anymore worse?”

I played golf with my boss once, and I am a “fun” golfer, while he tries to be Tiger Woods. If I score a 7 on a par 3, that’s fine with me. Not with him. When my ball was about 20 feet away from the hole on about #15, he actually kicked my ball back to me and said “That’s a gimmie” and walked off to the next tee.

Ch.1: Powers

My name is James Hudson, me and 2 others were jailed. Their names are Nate Wright and Gabriel Guu(call him Gabe for short). We were jailed just for hanging out. I had an idea, we went through the vents and escaped out of Alcatraz, After that police search teams were everywhere. We were called armed and dangerous. We were in a shelter but the police found us there and we killed the first group but then the reinforcements came. Suddenly, something took over my body. A few seconds later all the cops were on the floor. I knew what happened , that force was Speed. My friends said I was teleporting. Guess I was running really fast. The thing me and my friends have in common is that we are all smart. A few cops got back up and Nate said ¨WHAT’S HAPPENING!?¨ I think the same thing was happening to him too but it was different, he wasn’t fast, he was Strong. Stronger than Hulk. The next thing I knew soldiers were rushing through the door. Gabe was gone. There was a floating knife for some reason. After all the soldiers fell, Gabe started to appear. He was holding the floating knife. The knife wasn´t floating, he was invisible. We saw a book that said ¨Descendants¨ we flipped through it until we saw something glowing. It said that there were 3 groups called the 3 S groups, The Strong, The Speedy and The Stealthy. It took us 1 second to realize that we were Descendants from these groups. Nate was Strong, I was Speedy and Gabe was Stealthy.

Ch.2 The S TeamWe had to master our powers,so we read more and we have to get stabbed in our hand without our powers taking over. We tried and we succeeded. Then we had to think of a name for our group. We chose the S team, after all our groups we are descendants from all start with the letter S. Then a couple police heard the name spread around and started referring to The S Team as armed and dangerous.Now should we be on the good or bad side?
