Hi Marg, Carmy, and Bigg. I was going to contribute some fresh waffles with whipped cream, choice of fruit and sprinkles. Also fresh juice. Marg, should go well with your breakfast.
Breakfast Hmmmm! Well I’m having an egg and cheese omlet with french toast on the side with some crispy bacon and a glass of orange juice. Help yourselves there’s plenty for everyone.
Good morning and Happy Thursday!! A lot of good breakfast items today. I think I’ll help myself to some French toast since I’ve been thinking about that lately.
I’m still here, sort of. I just dozed off in front of the computer. I REALLY hate when I do that.
Hello Cleo, Doctoon, JFri. Akenta and Mr Spock. Have a great day everyone.
I’d love to stay and yak some more but reality calls [bellows, screams] I don’t know when or if I’ll get back today but I’ll try. If only to avoid having 6 or 7 or more pages to catch up on.
Rock on yakking!!!!!!!!!
Morning, tribe!
I’ve finally caught up with the comments from yesterday & this morning. Now to do my stroll around the gocomic block. BBL
(Good one, DFrog!)
I’ve made my rounds here. Had to skip over Overboard & Shoe today because of the filter. Guess I’ll “google” and see if I can find those at any other sites. I’ll be popping in & out most of the day, I expect.
Morning Tribe. I’m scrambling to get ready to meet my physio appt. and dr. appt. Thanks for the breakfast Marg, serena, ladywolf and Lonewolf. I don’t know where to start, but I will be well-fed today.
MMM. Nuclear coffee goes down well.
I’ll have to respond to individuals later. :-( I seem to start late these days. I didn’t sleep much last night either. Guess that’s why.
Rather quiet here today…
My hubby’s going to do some geeking today that will interrupt our internet service. I hope it will be a short interruption!!
So, if you hear a deafening silence this way, you’ll know what happened.
MrSpock: You said, “I believe it is the cleverly disguised innuendo that shocks my otherwise reserved and disciplined nature.”
Are you referring to the cartoon itself? Yes, Brooke has been doing very sexual themes lately in both of his cartoons. It pleases him. If you’re not referring to the cartoon, then I am at a loss as to what you’re talking about.
Just got home from work. It was an early day, today. First I wonder if Dusty is having an allergic reaction as a result of biting the clown. Second to Mr Spock I agree with Marg. And add, it may be hard for you to get into the story script as being we’re midway through it by now. To fully understand Pibgorn you need to read The Old Wolf’s page. Pibgorn is meant to confuse you. Like I said get to know some of us. I’ll start first I’m ladywolf17 , residential story-teller at Pibgorn. Please to meet you Mr Spock. See! just like that, I like you already.
Hi all,
Is Dusty turning into an accordion?
As for Pibgorn, I never got into it, because I didn’t know what the he!! was going on. Oh well, on to the rounds. bbs.
It’s about 8.5 minutes long, and I still got chills watching it. The dance is only a couple minutes, but they included the judges comments too on the clip.
Hope you enjoy and here’s another deposit into our bank for those around the world that need it.
No, that wasn’t me. I’m slowing making my way down the ranks in my league, so I try not to think about it. On the other hand, in a few weeks, I’ll probably create a fantasy football league. Another place I can start in first place and climb down to the bottom. :-)
Hi, johnny & Akenta!
My hubby gave up on changing out the router (don’t ask - he’s a geek) and put the old one back in that was/is working fine.
I can’t sit at the computer all evening, but I’ll pop in & out.
Well, I meant did you have one, but I think I got my answer. My team started at the bottom, made a bit a surge, but I think the early hole might be too hard to get out of.
I never do well in football, and last year I started out the team to beat, and ended up the beaten team.
johnnydoc I still have no idea what I’m doing in the fantasy baseball. Don’t even like the sport, but I have a favorite team in case somebody asks (cardinals). Football, I at least know something about. Not as much as I used to. I’ve never been into college football, but going to give it a try this year - got a team to root for (go Vols) and a bunch of people in the office that hate that team, so it might be a fun season.
johnny - Me, too! Especially when it comes to computers. I’ve decided that I have to have a laptop (vs. a desktop) for my computer, because it gives my hubby less opportunity to “geek it.” We’ve got more computers in the family, than we do family members. I’ve been using computers since there were punchcards, but I’m strictly a user. My husband & our 19 (20 next Tuesday) old son are both computer geeks, so they love messing with things. I was so mad at my husband (this happened many years ago) when he decided to “upgrade” my computer (more memory or something) and lost everything on my hard drive. Since I do all my planning for our homeschool on computer, I was NOT a happy camper!! Since I started owning laptops (that was a desktop) I’ve been much happier because it is easier to keep the geeks’ paws off of my computer. If I’m worried about them messing with it, I can easily pack it up and take it with me.
Oh no! I hate the cardinals, as is right being a Tigers fan. I love baseball, that world series was heartbreaking. I don’t know much about the college football outside of Michigan, but since I go there, I am a big fan of theirs.
Maybe your husband and son would be helpful to me, I can’t seem to get my laptops to last a whole year. Even this one is starting to go. It won’t stay open, so I have to prop it up against things. I am afraid to tinker with it, because I don’t want to all my stuff, not nearly as important as your info would have been, but still a pain in the @$$ to try to recover or replace.
I used to know a little about college football before I was married, because I have two brothers who graduated from Oklahoma U, and are sports nuts. (Football & wrestling - they even lived & ate with the athletes when they were there). But that was back when Barry Switzer was coaching. Since my hubby doesn’t care about football, I lost interest, as the primary reason I paid attention was so that I wasn’t lost in conversation around prospective members of the opposite sex. I’m sure if I wanted to know about college football, I could ask one of my brothers, but I’m not really THAT interested. (They wouldn’t stop talking until long after my eyes glazed over.)
johnnydoc, my engineer sibs (3 or 4 at last count) and computer system analysists (2) say that laptops are very handy and useful, but they are also rather fragile and very expensive to repair, which means they tend to rather short lifespans. So good luck.
OTOH, these days no computer system lasts much beyond 2-3 years for most people anyway, so maybe one year is acceptable.
Not for me, my last computer lasted 9 years. That is the standard to which I hold all computers. Funny thing is, the computer I got after that was cheaper and better, and still works, though not very well.
Akenta - I just do my backup once a month, and it is HIS problem if he doesn’t backup his computers. (Let’s see, that would be 4 if you count both home & work computers.) At least he bought me my own external hard drive, so I can take care of my own backups.
(Our sons have an additional 3 computers between the 2 of them. I just have my laptop.)
I got this laptop (new) a little over 2 years ago. So far, still running good. It is my 3rd laptop, but I think I got at least a couple years out of each one. I think I prefer getting a new laptop every few years, rather than trying to fix/upgrade an old one. There’s always new features like CD/DVD burners, USB ports, memory card ports, built-in wireless cards, etc. that it is just easier to buy a newer computer incorporating those features than to try to install them in an old one.
For me to do any kind of story here, I would need everyone’s approval and then request what kind of stories that they’re interested in. It would help me get ideas for a story-line plot.
RRAmom: No kidding. I never know what I’m going to wake up to. I think that Windows and HP are duking it out on my computer. Always a fight for control. And now Google is in the mix.
okay guys and gals im home… and have a little over 100 coments to catch up on in very little time. lol
the dent. put spacers in my mouth AGAIN! im very ticked off i was there for 5 min and out … i had to go to work bc of spacers. oh so mad. going catch up then chat.
Hello everyone. Lots of company today so I was unable to be around. Kind of a lull before dinner, so I popped in to say hi. Lonewolf - I actually dated one of the first doublemint twins way back in the 60’s, so everytime I see the Mintz twins on Red And Rover it brings up memories … pleasant memories ;-)
I did disappear, forgive my rudeness, but I was hungry.
And I don’t know which comment I was supposed to catch, the one about your day or the one yelling at me for leaving. :-D
ladywolf- A foal is a young horse. To talk about a young female horse you would call her a filly. A young male is a colt. So your term is indeed correct. How cool was that. That is why you enjoyed work today. That is pretty special alright.
ladywolf17 said, “being a teenager, I have so much commitments to keep up with.” That’s sweet. Give life a few more years, love, and you’ll find out about commitments. ;-)
Hello Shika. Posts are happening so fast that you reply and the question has already been answered. Did you have, or do you have horses? I spent all my summers from birth to late teens at my grandfather’s farm in Alberta and we had horses. I spent every summer with my two cousins from Vancouver who became like sisters to me. One now lives in Silver Creek, BC and raised both of her daughters with horses, one English and one Western and my cousin still has a horse and rides every day. It was so cool spending my summers on a working farm.
cleo I did take riding lessons. But other than that, I just love natural science and I seem to remember all these things from school or just reading a lot.
I rode Arabian horses on a little farm near where we lived on Geogian Bay.
cleo - I thought it was so tactful that you call it “altering”. Castrating is the term I’m used to hearing with hogs & cattle.
I’m not quite as familiar with horse terms as hogs & cattle. We had a couple Shetland ponies when I was a kid, but otherwise, we had hogs, cattle, a few sheep, a dog, and cat/kittens.
RRAmom: I can think of lots of alternate terms for altered!
Did you ever read James Herriot’s books? I love reading about farm life. And doctors too. Dan Gibson comes to mind. He’s a Canadian humourist who wrote about his days as a doctor out west.
Hi, peoples… What it is? been popping in and out but getting much of a chance to say howdy. I left a short time ago and the Yappy Nutz added a whole page while I was out.
Enjoy it ladywolf, (we need a nickname for you) college changes everything.
Shika, wow! You have a really good memory. A little weird, but I might have forgotten talking about that, but yes that is correct, and Michigan is the state with all the lakes, that too is correct. I have a couple of ideas as to what the M stands for up there, but I will keep them to myself.
Johnny Pick a name, any name. I’ll try to stick to it. I tend to be rather capricious with names here because I can’t remember from post to post what to type. LOL
Shika - I think I’ve read a James Herriot book. My folks both grew up on farms, and bought a 40 acre farm when I was a baby. It was about 25 miles from where we lived in the city, and we moved out to the farm when I was 13. I’m just not that much of a naturalist. I’d rather play with mechanical stuff. I’ve had plenty of experience with gardening & raising animals while growing up, but currently we have neither garden nor animal. We have had a few dogs & cats, so that our boys have had some experience with animals, but since our pets have died, we didn’t replace them. We’ll move at some point in the next few years, and with the boys getting old enough to leave soon (we hope!), we decided not to get any new pets. Maybe later, but that depends on where we live, and how much traveling we want to do. I don’t want to housebreak a dog, and my hubby can’t stand cats indoors, so all our pets have been garage/outdoors animals.
ladywolf - Horseback riding is fun. I like it because you can let your mind wander, thinking about whatever you want, enjoying the scenery and not having to pay attention to what your feet are doing. It is like going for a walk without having to do anything physical, except for occasionally reigning the horse to change directions.
But you did mention it some days ago, weeks, maybe. I think I remembered because I’ve never heard of what you siad you are studting for. That is why I didn’t say what it was.
Rad. I said take a number- not take it and run. LOL
Capricious!!! I only go to Michigan! They don’t teach us things like that! Use smaller words, it is summer vacation, my brain got turned off months ago. LOL.
Doc, no, that only gives you experience that I believe is not legal to teach at college. also LOL,
We don’t have much landscaping work to do either. Shortly after we moved, we planted 100 lilac saplings, and probably 100 tree saplings. (Bought them from the KS forestry department - have to buy them in lots of 50.) We planted them along the property line with our neighbors to the south, to block the view to/from them. Now that they’ve grown, when the leaves are out, we can’t even see their place. Just in the winter, is the only time we can see their house, and it is too cold to spend much time outside then. Transplanted some irises and that is the extent of our landscaping. We try to keep the native grass/weeds mowed down enough to discourage snakes & other pests, but we don’t keep it nice & groomed like some of the neighbors. Everyone has some part of their property too wild to mow, and with dirt roads, there is a limit to how much “civilizing” a person can do. One couple built a house, and the hubby spent the whole weekend, each weekend, mowing, weed eating, etc. They got tired of the amount of time it took, sold it and moved to a house on a golf course.
johnny & Shika - The first thing I thought of when you said a state starting with M, and having a lot of lakes was Minnesota. Aren’t they the state with the slogan “The land of a thousand lakes” or something like that? Michigan probably does have a lot of lakes, but I think about the fact that it is divided into two separate sections - Upper & Lower, and Lake Michigan is almost surrounded by the state.
nicknames aren’t my thing, I just go with whatever is decided upon by the elders.
Shika, in the case of my own name, I don’t really care what you call me, I will respond to all of those names.
johnny I am scared of bikes for some reason. Except in the country. But I did have a nasty flip on my bike coming home from horseback riding (how ironic is that). A famer brought me in and put pure Lysol on my knee, after digging out the chunk of gravel. Then I had to ride a few miles home on a bike with wonkey wheels missing some spokes. And it wasn’t even my bike!
My friend just laughed her head off- when she found out I was still alive anyways.
making chicken and dumplings tonight with some rice, I hope dad likes it when he gets home. He’s a better cook than I am, but at lease I try, and he doesn’t complain.
Shika - I rode a Morgan Quarter Horse on the farm. My cousin has and had Appaloosas, which I also rode. I have even ridden a Clydesdale work horse on the farm. That was a big back for a little boy to straddle.
johnny - The neighbor’s house is fine. It is just that we like looking at scenic countryside instead of neighbors. (And it was really disturbing when they’d sit outside and stare out our direction.) We had already started building our house, and that lot had been sold, but left vacant for years, then the owner sold it (without advertising) and our neighbors built their house immediately. So we had thought we’d have no near neighbors, and then suddenly we were wrong. The Mrs. was a real grouch, too - never a friendly smile or wave. Found out from the local hairdresser that NO one got along with that Mrs., so it wasn’t just our family.
O that sounds like a horrible incident, and exactly why I try to avoid bikes. And your friend doesn’t sound very nice to me.
AH HAHA you almost died, that is hilarious! Sheesh!
number 5 johnny: Capricious (I love that word) means unpredictable and dependant on the whim of the gods. Or something ike that. in other words, you can’t tell what name i might call you at any given time.
im back for a little while almost time to go walk. lol
Cleo, shika, and Lady i love horses and i havent ridden in forever. its been over 8 years. :0( very sad.
lady if you dont mind me saying…. its not safe to say your home alone making dinner… you didnt comeout and say it, but its best not to give hints… there are crazy people in this world and you being 17 you need to be careful… i know who am i to talk im only 19 but still i have learnd a lot of things in my 19 years and i have had some experiences that i would wish on my worst enimie (sp) so i just ask yuo to be careful…
Ahh I see. Well, that certainly seems reasonable. I grew up on the edge of no where, which is why I had no problem with neighbors like that, because I couldn’t see most of them, and the one I could see was my Great grandmother.
Jdoc i knew that word. lol see Avanced Placement english did pay off. lol
shika im sorry you fell off your bike and got hurt. my bro was about 9 riding his bike and he likes to stand up and pettle so i tell him do not do that in the gravel you will fall. so what does he do? he does it in the gravel… guess what happened? he fell head first broke his tooth in half… and even better it was his “grown up tooth” as he called it. lol
johnny - Don’t feel bad. My engineer hubby has difficulty with the large vocabulary my sons & I have because we read more books than he does. I’ve decided he is incorrigible (in about every way) and he’s constantly baffled by the meaning. Although now I think he’s bluffing, because I’ve told him the meaning several times. He says I must be complimenting him. LOL!
All this talk about scenic countryside makes me miss Northern California. My mom and dad had a beautiful house in the forest surrounded by creeks ( where I learned how to swim) ponds where my dad went fishing and duck hunting, and a spring that was our drinking water.
Hi tabby We’re just yakking away, like the yappy nut we are.
cleo sounds like you did the splits on the Clydesdale. I felt like I was doing the splits on the Arabian horses. I’m not very tall now, and I was in my early teens then.
johnny My friend is my best friend, but she did have a wicked sense of humour, and I don’t think it occured to her that someone was hurt.
I’m glad I wasn’t horseback riding with her and her sister the day her sister fell of her horse and broke her arm. Her sis tells me that my friend laughed and made her get back up to ride back to the barn.
Jdoc i took it my sr. year of high school now off to the big stuff. lol and we had went over that word bc my teacher told me to stop being Capricious. lol go figure.
Shika i see we are some yappy nuts tonight. im affraid to go on my walk bc i will be so far behind…. not going yet will let you know when i do. waiting on my best friend to call and tell me she is ready. lol
Okay, johnny and anyone else who is interested. I’ll rotate some pictures through on my avatar to show you what the view is like at my place. The current avatar is a sunset, so, looking west away from the house.
Very nice, RmomShika, I have friends like that too. It is annoying at times, but they are nice guys.
All I can say to your words is sssssssssuffering ssssssuckatash!
That’s what I learned growing up.
Now that I’ve changed my avatar, it is the view from the road (out where our mailbox is at - didn’t want to show that since it has our name & address on it). That’s our driveway, and you can see the lilacs in bloom on the left (south). The neigbor’s property is just on the other side of that barbed wire fence behind the lilacs. (Taken April ‘07)
Guess I’ll wait a day to change again, just so the rest of the tribe won’t be going “huh?”
Hi Terry hope his practice went well. That would also explain the football you were talking about earlier.
Alrighty all, I think I’d best head to bed. I will catch you all on the flip side, Good night everyone and Peace & Love.
ladywolf - I have a “default” avatar of Jeremy’s mom (from Zits) to use when I don’t have another picture I want to use. I don’t think I could commit to finding a new one & posting each week like doc does. I used to use the avatars to identify people, and then when they changed them, it would confuse me. Now I don’t look at them too much, just the names, unless someone makes mention about them, or they are just incredibly eye-catching.
OK, I’m back - had to leave to take care of some RL business that required looking an internet search. Y’all moving to fast so I’m not reading the back posts.
Rad - some days I miss out on whole pages, if my filter doesn’t like what someone said. I figure if I didn’t answer someone’s question, and they really want an answer, they’ll ask again later.
I skim the pages when there are this many and if nobody has made my name Bold so I can see it with these old-fart eyes, then I may just miss a comment and skim past it.
Rad - I’m the same way. Thankfully, I’m good at skimming, but having my handle boldfaced makes it much easier to not overlook something someone wants me to see.
Shika - The Mrs. died recently. She wasn’t even 60, so we were surprised, and I guess it happened at work (which was a hospital). We just leave them alone, and everything’s fine. We’ll stop & talk with the neighbor on the other side, but the rest in the development we don’t even know anymore. We knew most of the original owners, but haven’t always gotten to know the subsequent neighbors.
Tabby to answer your question- I think I’ve told this before though:
I was riding my horse in the fields and suddenly she veered off and galloped through the trees. Pine trees. Christmas trees, to be exact.
turns out she sensed I was inexperienced and thought it was time to go home to end my lesson. I didn’t fall off, but it is no fun being slapped repeatedly by passing pine branches.
When I got back to the barn, my teacher berated me for letting Honeybee gallop home. I was supposed to be in control.
Of course, my friend was a natural on horseback, and wound up getting her own horse.
You’re welcome for that link - they only showed a few seconds of it tonight, and I STILL got chills. I’m sure that’s why we’re going to see again and again (and might even win an Emmy)
My days are busy too but for some reason, instead of getting tired I seemed to get more energy as the night goes on. Could that be caused by drinking doctortoon’s nuclear coffee. Just thought I’d ask.
I feel warmed by all the hugs. Hugs back to all of you. Still have company so I kind of dance in and catch up then dance off to not seem like I am snubbing everyone.
Ladywolf- It’s okay. You mentioned your mom. It still hurts.
Don’t worry about Dr. Spock. If he’s like most, he’s watching us, and he’ll know you didn’t mean it. That is, most people observe us for a while before joining. good idea!
Tabby you want to know why I was about to cry, I think that I dranked a little to much of doc’s nuclear coffee. because as near as i can remember, I think I flirted with Mr Spock, only he wasn’t there. so I feel ashamed of myself.
lady girl on here you end up talking to your self alot and the best part about it is yuo can make it funny like jfri does, and kill us all with laughter or you can do like you are doing and morn and sit and soak in it your poring salt in your own wonds. or you can just act like it never happened and move on. i suggest the 1st or the last one.. oh even better go back and delete it or edit it. lol it will be fine.
i got into trouble on her a while back and i had to just let it go and move on… and i am still her happy as can be and they still love me for me.
lady wolf a diffrent elder like the one that just ran out the door again would be better at answere that. but we are the ones form the beging we have been together the longest.. if you see Drys comment where she is hugging people… those are the elders missing joy of coruse.

MrSpock: You said, “I believe it is the cleverly disguised innuendo that shocks my otherwise reserved and disciplined nature.” Are you referring to the cartoon itself? Yes, Brooke has been doing very sexual themes lately in both of his cartoons. It pleases him. If you’re not referring to the cartoon, then I am at a loss as to what you’re talking about.

Akenta over 15 years ago
No, that wasn’t me. I’m slowing making my way down the ranks in my league, so I try not to think about it. On the other hand, in a few weeks, I’ll probably create a fantasy football league. Another place I can start in first place and climb down to the bottom. :-)

Hi, johnny & Akenta! My hubby gave up on changing out the router (don’t ask - he’s a geek) and put the old one back in that was/is working fine. I can’t sit at the computer all evening, but I’ll pop in & out.
Akenta over 15 years ago
Hi RRAmom glad your computer is back and working.
johnnydoc5 over 15 years ago
Well, I meant did you have one, but I think I got my answer. My team started at the bottom, made a bit a surge, but I think the early hole might be too hard to get out of. I never do well in football, and last year I started out the team to beat, and ended up the beaten team.
johnnydoc5 over 15 years ago
Hi RRAmom! I live by the motto that if it ain’t broke don’t fix it.
Akenta over 15 years ago
johnnydoc I still have no idea what I’m doing in the fantasy baseball.
Smiley Rmom over 15 years ago
johnny - Me, too! If I’m worried about them messing with it, I can easily pack it up and take it with me.
johnnydoc5 over 15 years ago

I am afraid to tinker with it, because I don’t want to all my stuff, not nearly as important as your info would have been, but still a pain in the @$$ to try to recover or replace.
johnnydoc5 over 15 years ago
Hi bmonk.
Smiley Rmom over 15 years ago
I used to know a little about college football before I was married, because I have two brothers who graduated from Oklahoma U, and are sports nuts. (Football & wrestling - they even lived & ate with the athletes when they were there). But that was back when Barry Switzer was coaching. Since my hubby doesn’t care about football, I lost interest, as the primary reason I paid attention was so that I wasn’t lost in conversation around prospective members of the opposite sex. I’m sure if I wanted to know about college football, I could ask one of my brothers, but I’m not really THAT interested. (They wouldn’t stop talking until long after my eyes glazed over.)
bmonk over 15 years ago
johnnydoc, my engineer sibs (3 or 4 at last count) and computer system analysists (2) say that laptops are very handy and useful, but they are also rather fragile and very expensive to repair, which means they tend to rather short lifespans.

Smiley Rmom over 15 years ago
Akenta - I just do my backup once a month, and it is HIS problem if he doesn’t backup his computers. (Let’s see, that would be 4 if you count both home & work computers.) At least he bought me my own external hard drive, so I can take care of my own backups. (Our sons have an additional 3 computers between the 2 of them. I just have my laptop.)
Akenta over 15 years ago
Good to see you both bmonk and ladywolf I’ve got some tv to watch soon, but I’ll stop back when the shows are over.
Smiley Rmom over 15 years ago
I got this laptop (new) a little over 2 years ago. So far, still running good. It is my 3rd laptop, but I think I got at least a couple years out of each one. I think I prefer getting a new laptop every few years, rather than trying to fix/upgrade an old one. There’s always new features like CD/DVD burners, USB ports, memory card ports, built-in wireless cards, etc. that it is just easier to buy a newer computer incorporating those features than to try to install them in an old one.

Smiley Rmom over 15 years ago
cleo - I thought it was so tactful that you call it “altering”. Castrating is the term I’m used to hearing with hogs & cattle. I’m not quite as familiar with horse terms as hogs & cattle. We had a couple Shetland ponies when I was a kid, but otherwise, we had hogs, cattle, a few sheep, a dog, and cat/kittens.

no worries, I don’t know what the * means, but that means neither do the spooks, so we don’t have to worry about it. :-)

I don’t want to housebreak a dog, and my hubby can’t stand cats indoors, so all our pets have been garage/outdoors animals.
cleokaya over 15 years ago
ladywolf - Horseback riding is fun. I like it because you can let your mind wander, thinking about whatever you want, enjoying the scenery and not having to pay attention to what your feet are doing. It is like going for a walk without having to do anything physical, except for occasionally reigning the horse to change directions.

Michigan probably does have a lot of lakes, but I think about the fact that it is divided into two separate sections - Upper & Lower, and Lake Michigan is almost surrounded by the state.

johnny - The neighbor’s house is fine.

(Taken April ‘07) Guess I’ll wait a day to change again, just so the rest of the tribe won’t be going “huh?”

Thanks, Johnny & Lonewolf!
ladywolf - I have a “default” avatar of Jeremy’s mom (from Zits) to use when I don’t have another picture I want to use. I don’t think I could commit to finding a new one & posting each week like doc does. I used to use the avatars to identify people, and then when they changed them, it would confuse me. Now I don’t look at them too much, just the names, unless someone makes mention about them, or they are just incredibly eye-catching.

I skim the pages when there are this many and if nobody has made my name Bold so I can see it with these old-fart eyes, then I may just miss a comment and skim past it.
Smiley Rmom over 15 years ago

I stayed in town, LOL
