Did you know they sell crickets at the pet store. They would make a melodious hostess/host gift. Of course, not wanting to make the other guests feel bad for not bringing a gift, it would be nice to open it for your host/hostess so they can enjoy it after everyone is gone.

It’s hard to believe that people were being flagged on some pages just for saying hello, while elsewhere people are being told to “stfu” just for stating their opinion about vegetables.

Well I’m off to read the rest of my comics on sites where at least I won’t be bothered by the comments (because there aren’t any. LOL).

LuvH8 - Thanks, I have it now. I’ve stopped my service with SkyAngel, it will end at the end of the month. I’m trying to find good free internet for stations like TVLand. I found www.tubtub.com it has 120 channels. Mostly old things probably past copyright date. Some shows amd movies are good but I can’t find any schedual for what and when things are. I guess you just watch pot-luck to see anything.

LuvH8 - Flashplayer? It’s free. Don’t you have it on your computer? Are you PC or Mac. If PC be sure if your using explorer your using the 32-bit and not 64-bit version if it needs to use flashplayer as it doesn’t support 64-bit programs yet.

Sojo, my computers have flashplayers but I have a 2G limit on ternet access. Fiend, which is technically a phone has unlimited internet but my internet company has yet to send out the flashplayer download that was recently released for it.

LONEWOLF I too went to the VA today to lose some blood. There were 52 people before me (2 hours 28 minutes). Not being a grassy-knoll/area 51/fake moon landing type of conspiracy nut, except about 11.5 oz lbs of coffee, I did not immediately connect this with the health care laws that went into affect yesterday (beat that George Will). Perhaps they are out to get me because my tin foil hat protects me.

Those swirly light bulbs are really infrared detectors watching our movements.

LuvH8 - Probably not as their about useless, that’s why I was forced to upgrade. The laptop I might sell for what I can but that would be next to nothing. The desktop I might salvage the DVD writer/player as it has lightscribe on it. It also has a 3.5” floppy drive I might be able to hook up.It also has a multi-card reader. Those would be more than the computer is worth. The CD player quit working on it but I could get a fast one cheap (I still have a lot of music CD’s to copy). I might get a unit to hold those and be able to use them at my desk and junk the rest of the computer.

I’m back, Tribe. Didn’t take that long….but I went to Wal-Mart then watched The Hulk and looked up some stuff.

I have a ‘stiff heart’. The muscles are thicker than normal and I don’t pump blood effectively.

Additionally the coreg had more minus’s than plus’s, so I’ve changed medication again. Hopefully I’ll be back to my normally abnormal sleep patterns.

Anyway, I’m off to putter in the kitchen, it needs looking after. I”m thawing out my cheesy broccoli soup from Angel Food Ministries for my supper. I’ll wheel a vat into the BT shortly.

It is good though and it almost has a hypnotic effect.

Hello everyone. Had a big surprise today at the dept I work at didn’t see this coming. I was told by Admin Assist when coming in, I always go to rr before waiting to get started, I where to be excorted by Admin Assist to another department head, first thought I said aloud now what am I fired. I thought when I went to restroom earlier what did I do, surprise I was told not to worry not fired, went in to dept head both said not fired, turns out the boss over smaller dept is retiring sooner then he thought he in turned this morning got called to a meeting at a different location from dept. told he is to report to another dept to assist that dept head I guess they have severaly messed up policy’s and work being done and since he is retiring he will spend 80% time at that dept and 20% at old smaller dept. WOW All where surprise. He called to wish me well and glad he was able to work with me and I told him he will be around once in a while and there will be his send off party there goodbyes could be said. He agreed. He was evan busy when calling on my extension.

The computer tech is still working on it. Longest month ever and month is almost over.
