Our woodpeckers tap out on gutters in my neighborhood.

I’m guessing this Birdbrain can’t read

Sadly, there is very little left of the forest now.

I had a piece of petrified wood when I was a kid.

I found a small piece of petrified wood in a river bed some years back. Wonder what I’ve done with it? If I can find it, I think I’ll send it to my great-nephew to play with.

Oooops! Wrong forest…..

I guess the wood doesn’t always make it good.
