heard on the news, that someone finally returned that overdue library book. after 40 years…with the ebooks, there wouldn’t be anymore overdue notices.

As a librarian myself, I do envy her axe-throwing ability. Also, “thwonk” is a really neat sound effect!

I’d like to see the sound effect for the reverberating handle.Hmm. This was produced before the system reached most places, but Binkley might want to dial that number of weeks overdue backwards.

This one was good, but even better was one I saw in library school. A kid is tied to a chair, a gag stuffed in his mouth, while Mrs. McGreevy is on the phone: “It’s very simple, Mrs. Miller. You have our book. We have your son.”

Yes when Librarians go postal… 119 weeks, Binkley, you poor, poor, fool you.

Let’s see now… Late fee is 5¢ per day (I think!)So… 5¢ a day, 7 days a week, 119 weeks…Boy, have I missed my calling!

She must be related to the ax murderer that Steve Dallas defended (the old lady who killed her husband).
