If you got to one of these joints and don’t want what’s in it, don’t go! It will get screwed up. If you made 1000s the same way day after day after day after day, you would have trouble making a change too.

Even “have it your way” places have their issues. For instance, whenever I go to Subway, I order my bread, meat, cheese…and nothing else. I quite clearly specify NO veggies and NO mayo. Inevitably, their response is almost always, “Are you sure?”

If the employees are treated as badly as I’ve seen in too many restaurants I’d be amazed they’d get anything right. Simple concept – treat people decently and they tend to want to please you and work a bit harder more often but if you act like a jerk, you get what you pay for.

I think BB misspelled “Wales”

The new and presidentially approved way of spelling that word in that context is “Whales”.

I think I used to work there.

Hold the pickles, hold the lettuce, special orders don’t upset us!

“Our way” or the highway! “No personal checks!” (Does anyone here get that reference?)
