Although my girlfriend has taken over my life, my apartment and the love of my cats, she has not had the audacity to touch my coffee pot or coffees. I’d sic Doc Toon on her.

In my mind, if you have to alter the taste of coffee, what’s the point? I guess the point would still be the buzz. I’ll take my coffee unadulterated and strong.

I keep my tranquilizers next to the coffee, maybe Bob should have one of those instead.

Joe-Allen - Not that it’s any of my business, but since you mentioned “head trauma” - were you injured in Nam? If so, you have my respect for serving our country in a war that wasn’t very popular and little celebration when soldiers returned from tour(s) of duty.

Frank Page is an incredibly gifted artist–these drawings of Bob in “frenetic mode” are wonderful!

    Joe-Allen,

You have my utmost thanks and respect (regardless of injury) for serving your country. And more so, for serving in an era when those who were doing so were so poorly treated. My dad served in Vietnam also. Although I was young, I still remember. Thank YOU!

Joe-Allen - I’m glad you made it home from ‘Nam. I was still in High School in ‘68 & remember reading about the horrors of war.

Watch out for Acetaminophen (Generic Tylenol) - it can do liver damage if too much is ingested. When I was working as a Pharmacy Tech - the Pharmacists used to say it wasn’t the “controlled” portion of the medication that causes problems, but the acetaminophen.
