I'm going to start an anarchist organization with solid plans, a clear mission statement, and strong leadership! We will spread chaos with a focused sense of purpose! Undisciplined hooligans intent on roaming around willy-nilly wasting time not apply! Schedules will be kept! Progress will be tracked! There must be accountability!! Caesar: Who knew anarchy could be so bureaucratic? Huey: Of course, new members will need to sign a document releasing me from any legal liability for their actions.
