Huey: What are you doing? Riley: Writing a letter to the President. I figure I'd start being nice to him now, so when I need a pardon he'll hook me up. Huey: You're writing to Clinton? Riley: Of course he seems down. Huey: Clinton's out of office, Riley, ex-presidents can't pardon anyone. Riley: Great!! Well, this is the last time I make an effort to participate in government!!
