I’m always amused by the billionaires, especially Gates and Buffett, who claim their tax rates should be higher, yet they conduct their business in a manner intended to keep their taxes as low as possible. And if they think their taxes should be higher, why do they never just write a check to the US Treasury for what they think would be fair? These hypocrites think taxes should be raised on people whose annual salary they wouldn’t bend over to pick up off the sidewalk.
