China was not “shoring up” their infrastructure, they were building it! I’ve been to many parts of China, more than once, and I’ve seen what they had to begin with. They were in such bad shape that they skipped some infrastructure steps, such as copper lines for telephones in many areas and went straight to cell years ago. I’ve seen the buildings that they built simply because they had such an excess of labor, and these buildings sit empty for years because there was no actual need for them.
Cherry picking info like the amount of concrete poured is what libtards do so very well in order to obfuscate issues.
