The #3 strip for today, originally printed August 16, 1947, is one of my absolute favorites of the Bozo cartoons. The interaction between Bozo and Fuzzy is wonderful, and even Bozo himself couldn’t expect the unexpected this time! I laughed out loud when I saw this particular strip during the first run and I’m still wearing a huge grin the second time. Foxo Reardon was a true artist, as Gent reminds us every day, but he also had a wonderful and playful sense of humor. You never know what you will see each day, but I know it will always leave me wanting more. I am still so thankful that Michael Reardon brought his father’s incredible works back for all of us to enjoy once again.
