With a heart that big there sure is a ( c )lot of work to be done.

Can’t we bypass all the drama and get to the ex-stent of the damage?

I was going to add to the humor here, but didn’t have the heart.

Aorta skip a beat here, but it’s too heart to just bypass it.

Caused after an old war wound no doubt, I mean it IS a purple heart.

When oh when will cartoonists step into the new millennia and remove the reflectors off their heads. They have not used them for 30 years.
