Putting your foot/head in a bear trap is a very old saying for getting into a situation you can’t get out of.
An agent must be an agent. And the one for the RU Sirius is a loon. Usually it’s your agent you have to beware the most. The Hollywood ones are proverbial for sticking the client in a beartrap while they count the cash.
