Right. Nikita was being very rude but not threatening. The idiom apparently is that we’ll bury you under our progress because our system is so superior to yours or in Americanese, “You’ll eat our dust.” Very rude but not a threat.
I did that while car shopping once. I was having a difficult time getting my point across, hit the table with the palm of my hand, and got the attention of everyone in the showroom. I finally got the undercoating for free, I guess it was worth it.
