My wife is Jewish so we don’t celebrate Christmas. We did at one time though, but when our kids were still in Elementary School, we decided to make our observances more in the Jewish tradition. I thought our kids would object, but they took it in stride. I certainly don’t miss the “feeding frenzy” of gifts under the tree on Christmas morning. I’m not dissing those who choose to celebrate Christmas either for religious reasons or because it’s a national/secular tradition, but I have a lot more peace on the morning of December 25th than most folks, I think.
