Analogy of charlie37133’s idea from old Soviet Union.

An engineer lived with his wife, 3 children and his parents and in-laws in a 2-bedroom Moscow apartment. Everytime he asked authority to transfer to a larger home, his file was binned; plus the arguments inside grated on him.

Eventually he asked a psychiatrist what he should do with that situation. The shrink said, “rent a pair of female goats and keep them in the apartment”. Perplexed, the engineer nevertheless did so. A fortnight later, the goats were grating on all of the humans (due to noise, smell, behaviour) and the shrink now said “now return the goats”. The engineer did so and the next week reported “no goats anymore doc, just the nine of us is much nicer”.

hey prasrinivara, that joke was a jewish joke, only it was more detailed than yours - they had to add goats, sheep, cows - and found that when they got rid of all the animals, they were actually living in paradise…

This comic reminds me of a Rodney Dangerfield joke about how kids know a lot more than most realize:

“The other day I told my kid about the birds and the bees, and he told me about my wife and the butcher!”
