If some mere human made eyes at me like that (let alone a green-skinned 1500-year-old witch), I’d feel threatened too, even if I were a burly, mean-tempered IRS agent.

You don’t need a regular paycheck to owe $$ to the IRS.

It used to be the USPS and the IRS were the only agencies that paid for themselves. The USPS no longer does. My 1040 is complete and set to mail. What will a stamp cost in April?
