I so agree!

What did he say? —I was out in the kitchen getting a snack….

I was thinking of something to snack on when he said that.

Another all inclusive phrase that encapsulates it all for me is “Now Pitching…..Pedro Borbone…..Borbone…..”

“This, too, shall pass.” Either on its own, or as an addendum to Irwin’s philosophy. :)

“Eat, drink, and be merry” amounts to pretty much the same as what Irwin said. I’ve always been partial to that one.

Eat, therefore they are.

life is too short, eat desert first.

Some things will… (Particularly if, like Broomie, you expect to be around in 100 years to see the consequences of the choices you make today.)
