Hmm… I’m not completely up on Wheel of Fortune strategy, but I think vowel buying is pretty subjective… you do it when you need to narrow down the range of possibilities. Thus, it’s hard for Broomie to tell the guy he needs to buy a vowel without knowing whether he’s already got an answer in his head.
