No, Brommie. Impossible wish. The poor old wishing well just couldn’t take it.

The wishing well was afraid of the repercussions of failing to grant Broomies wishes.

Be careful what you wish for, Broomie!!

It would be a complicated job to work a wishing well. There would be a lot of crackpots to deal with every day.

That’s what happens when you go from a “wishing well” to a “witching well”…

It’s Wishes, not Miracles.

There’s only so much,stress and demands a wishing well can take…

One wish at a time!

Any one of the 3 would have overloaded it.

For the well, the first wish was probably too much.

Wish for Wisdom and all the rest will follow……

It’s a wishing well not a miracle worker…

Broomie, it’s a Wishing Well, not an IMPOSSIBLE MIRACLE WELL!

Just the good looks was enough of an overload.

A well has got to know it’s limitations.

Was she wishing well or wishing too well?

That prosperity gospel stuff never works.

And all for a quarter?

If you ever come across another Wishing Well, Broomie, show a little restraint, for all our sakes who might want to make a wish!
