When I took Sheela out this morning, someone’s dinner was sitting on the porch … since 7 pm last night.

It’s strange. I will be getting up to eat in my dirty kitchen. But restaurants have to be spotless.

It is one thing if I make myself sick from my lack of proper cleaning and meal preparation, quite another if someone else makes me sick from them.

If the board of health saw my kitchen they would burn it down.

Her kitchen is in the middle of a forest.

I don’t know about other people, but I don’t have a buffet in my home!

I don’t do buffets. Ew

Nope. Not even close.

I wouldn’t want the health department to inspect my kitchen…

Homes don’t have the health department inspecting them, and probably a good thing.

Amen, sister! My kitchen would not pass a Health Department inspection, though it works just fine for me….

When over in WestPac (Far East) I heard that you could tell if a Chinese restaurant was good by how dirty the place was, the reasoning being that because the staff was so overwhelmed by throngs of customers that there wasn’t any time to clean up between seatings.
