Sometimes when riding as a passenger in my wife’s car, a car we are following will turn without notice, she will with more than a hint of sarcasm say “Nice blinker”. I told her I wonder if anyone has ever said “Nice blinker”, and meant it.

When the doctor tells a guy to “Turn your head and cough”, is that a good cough?

If one gets food down the wrong way and is able to cough enough to get it out- that would be a good cough, I suppose.

Looks like someone has hacked into Broomie!

Hopefully, if Broomie comes down with the flu, her “ZAP” will be ineffective.

There’s no such animal as a good cough.

that sounded more like her lungs were trying to leave or reactivate themselves.

A good cough is when something is in ya you don’t want in ya.

I cough everyday…between sinus, and asthma constantly coughing…

Never trust a doctor who says that who’s name is Dr. Ben Dover!
