Calvin and Hobbes by Bill Watterson for October 18, 1986
Transcript:
Calvin: The worst part about going to school is waiting for the bus. All you can do is stand here and imagine what's going to go wrong during the day. I bet we have a pop math quiz or something. Well, here comes the bus. Thanks for waiting with me. Hobbes: My pleasure. Calvin: Boy, my lunchbox seems light.
So there was no one to take stuffed Hobbes back home so that must mean he is lying on the sidewalk, all day.
