Calvin and Hobbes by Bill Watterson for October 16, 1995
Transcript:
Mom (Calvin's mother): Hey, no TV until your leaf collection is done. Calvin: It's getting done as we speak. Mom (Calvin's mother): What's that supposed to mean? Let's see it. Calvin: I can't show you until later tonight. Mom (Calvin's mother): Why not? Calvin: You should probably sit down. Man, she didn't even want to hear about it.
I wonder how many leaves he’ll find in his bedroom. Doesn’t exactly seem like the most efficient place for his mom to send him.
