OMG, we’ve stumbled upon the cause of the housing slump.

The thing is, that’s mild compared to some of Calvin’s other artistic works!

The value of education; it allows you to observe, analyze, and come to a rational conclusion. Calvin’s gonna take a tumble.

“Snowman Saturn Devouring His Children.” It’s way better than most “installation art” I’ve seen.

For this kind of seasonal art I’d buy a house on calvin’s block. Just so I didn’t have to interact with him. And I have shotguns by the doors and my bed. Hey he’s 6now and well then, but if he actually lived in a timeline I’d be worried about puberty.

He should’ve made a tiger shaped outline on its stomach to show where Hobbes is!

I don’t think my little neighborhood’s been around 6 years yet.

Great idea if Halloween was in winter.

Calvin’s snowmen were, and are, the best. Many imitators but no one comes close.

Hobbes is in where its warm, napping by the fire!

They should have sold their houses in summer. It’s not that risky. On the other hand the danger of Calvin and Hobbes in their toy cart during summer is to be taken into consideration. No, the real estate market in that street is probably non-existent in any season.

If I lived in Calvin’s neighborhood I’d have my camera always at readiness! I used to try to make snowmen, but could never make a very big ball of snow for the body. Calvin must be Superboy!

Why would anyone want to SELL a house on that street?

Hobbes is smart inside, eating tuna sandwich w/hot cocoa and fireplace. Why be outside in the cold.

I think Calvin’s mom read WAY TOO MUCH Stephen King when she was carrying him! That’s the only explanation I can see. On the other hand, if he ever grows up, he’s got a sure career in Hollywood. That’s IF!

FINALLY! I’ve been wondering where the snowmen strips have been hiding.My dad sent me an email a few years ago with about 30 of the best Calvin snowmen strips. He loved C&H and Bloom County. We went to get autographs from Berkley Breathed when “A Wish For Wings That Work” came out. Man, I miss my ’ol Man.

I’d like to know how he got up there. Wonderful snow man/goon.

Calvin, I’ve always wondered how you even got up high enough to build those things.

And if he can draw at all, he’ll specialize in graphic novels. REALLY “graphic” novels. ;)

Dogsniff: Now that you mention it, our block hasn’t had a sale in six years either, but the two rent houses have an average turnover of tenants of about three months.

Since Calvin’s too short to get up there on his own and there’s no ladder to be seen . . . I think Hobbes helped him up when they saw Susie coming and he’s now hiding on the other side of the snowman where he can’t be seen — either by her . . . or us!
