Don’t like to usually get involved in these things. But….

War of 1812 – Yes, we were attacked. But only after we made a complete hash of trying to invade what is now Canada. England would have been perfectly happy to concentrate on Europe. The U.S. in this case was a juvenile nation acting like one. Wanted to prove that we were “big boys”.

Spanish-American War — The Spanish empire was dying and everyone knew it. We didn’t like some of the things they did in Cuba. We were more aggressors than defenders. To this day, there is no certainty why the Maine blew up. We ended up the war with a nice little empire. And fought a nasty little war in the Philippines to keep part of it.

“Under Caliphate and Sharia law” is grossly inaccurate. Also, after having been to the memorial yesterday, I would also add to your list:

Hey, I do this and my wife of 52 years makes them. However, they are the store kind which start as little cubes, but the final product are progressively getting smaller and smaller. So, I eat more and realize I won’t have to put up with sneaky Corporate inflation and government lies much longer.
