Six years old and no imagination left.

Hey, I actually had that dream on school days.

I used to have those dreams. They were awful, especially the second time you had them… I think my record was eleven “awakenings” within a dream, I was pretty frantic by the time I actually woke up.

What’s really weird is whenever I dream that I’m someplace and suddenly remember that I’m supposed to be somewhere else (and that I haven’t been there as regularly as I should have been), race to get to where I’m supposed to be, and then find out that nobody even knows or cares that I’ve been AWOL from that place for days!

Given that his best friend is a stuffed tiger, it’s safe to say that Calvin already has an overlap between fantasy and reality.

I hate those dreams

I’ve had dreams like this. Then I’m disappointed because it feels like I’m doing everything all over again.

Calvin has such a decent and caring mother. Mine would burst into my bedroom trilling “Rise and Shine!” and then pull the covers off me and the bed. I still suspect that she hated her kids…

I curse you with…Eternal Waking.

I love the first two panels. The 2nd panel is my wife’s snore.

Only Sunday school today.

Would you guys, if you were Calvin’s Mom or Dad, would you treat Calvin etter then the way Calvin’s parents treat him, worse, or about the same? I would treat him a little bit better. Maybe let him stay up a little when he wants to, and instead of socks for Christmas, maybe things like toy guns or dinosaur models. (:

Calvin seems more cooperative in his dream. He got up without a a hassle and got dressed right away.

I’ve been retired two plus years and I still get that feeling.

That’ll be me tomorrow. I have just had a week off work and a week soon goes over quickly.
