Calvin: Why is everybody being so mean to me? All I wanted to do was fix the faucet.

Boo-hoo-hoo.

So it’s not Pluto’s Aliens fault. What a disappointment, I had believed.

I don’t know if this one arc had already come or it WILL come, but at least Dad blew his top and then calmed down over a pair of binoculars.

Yep! Definitely destined for politics.

That kid is definitely an argument for corporal punishment!

Because he’s a Major disaster

After all of that, the little terror has learned nothing!

Now we get the big picture, ‘Calvin can do no wrong’.

Now I understand why Calvin’s Dad takes the family camping every year. The damages from Calvin’s misdeeds prevent Dad from saving money for going anywhere fancier.

Kids do dumb things. We’ve all been there.

To err is human… to blame Hobbes is definitely Calvin.

Why is Hobbes complaining? It’s not like they ever believe Calvin

Why is Calvin walking outside? I would think he’d be grounded for life.

Sadly, the “He’s got a job, he can afford it” mentality persists well into college for most kids now.

If Calvin actually suffered a CONSEQUENCE for his actions, perhaps he’d learn. I have yet to see his parents inflict a serious punishment.

Last panel proves Calvin has a conscience; ergo, he’s a healthy normal 6-year old.
