Cathy: If I have any more of the mousse pie, the waistband of my skirt will dig through the new fat like a rubber band. But it won't be real fat. It will just be instant "warning" fat. The real "fat" fat won't take hold for 48 hours. I could potentially eat a whole piece of mousse pie now...get to aerobics tomorrow...and only have to deal with 17 hours of flabby transitional fat..
