Document ways you've saved company money. 5. Assemble packet of commendations from clients. 6. Itemize courses taken and new skills acquired. 7. Write synopses of special projects. 8. Prepare bullet-point sheet of personal sacrifices. 9. Prepare rebuttal for all cliched excuses.
