The gift card. The accordion cardholder to hold the gift card. The wallet to hold the accordion cardholder. The purse to hold the wallet. The box to hold the purse. Cathy: The problem with gift cards isn't the hidden fees. It's the un-hidden fees.
When I say overachiever, I mean that Cathy does not just wrap the one gift in any old Christmas paper and give it away. She cannot give just the one gift…she has to add to that gift, then add again because she feels it’s not good enough. She keeps going till she feels she has done enough, which is way over the top, usually.
