Cathy: Want me to seal and mail these cards, when I'm out, mom? Mom: No! Those are for our most beloved friends! Those all need my special handwritten notes! Cathy: Christmas is in 48 hours! What special notes are you going to write to all these people?? Mom: "Dear beloved friend, sorry your Christmas card is late."

I managed to hand-write 25 cards this year and add some family photos. It was a lot of work but people really appreciated it so I think it was worth it.

I can’t do that anymore, Bronzepony. My hand cramps up now. I just type out the letter if I want to write one and print it.

I didn’t do cards this year. :/ All well. Maybe Happy New Year cards…I DID send one to my Grandma though!

I don’t send very many Christ mas cards out family too small and some family not interested in visiting others stay to themselves. Merry Christ mas to all.

What card? Cathy must know me personally:)

I use address labels, or run the envelopes through the printer for the past few years. That way I know they’ll get there. I sign my name “Love Mrs. Luke Skywalker”. I include a funny Photoshopped picture Christmas card of and from my pets, that took me no less than a whole day to create. At least they GET a nice (dual) Christmas card! It’s more than I get from them, except for the one who sends the Christmas news letter that always leaves me snapping my jaw back into place. Otherwise, the cards I did get this year look like the free cards they got in a mailer asking for donations! They don’t even put a Christmas sticker on the envelopes, so why should I bother to write personal messages?

This is me. Usually I don’t even send them, they end up being so late. But, unless I put in a picture, I figure nobody wants a card from me without a personal note- what would be the point?
