if you work from home that’s fine. Otherwise you probably need to get into something a little less “cozy” but still comfortable. No need for heels unless you are a runway model; and Cathy is definitely not!

I thought work at home where scams. I emailed career builders about this they have this on there site. Me I am concious of what I eat no fats at all. Me a treat when we went to souper salad. Where I live there where two now only one. Most restuarants don’t have a very good salid bar. I don’t eat out much mostly at home where I control fat grams severly. Haven’t lose weight either and I exercise.
