All those diet drinks and sugar substitutes have been shown to be ineffective and cause people to gain just as much weight and eat more as sugar. Plus, other than the broccoli, there’s no fiber or good fat or protein in her diet. Of course, she keeps overeating. Her body isn’t satisfied.
