Mom: Look at this spectacular poinsettia the Kramers sent, Cathy! I'm going to drive it right over to the nursing home I visit to brighten up their dining room! This gift basket from the Smiths is too huge for the three of us...But it will be just wonderful for the Findlay's family reunion! As soon as I saw these lovely soaps from the Malcolms I thought of how perfect they'd be for Louise's new bathroom! These candles from the Jenkins are too elegant for me to ever use...But they're just what Helen's been looking for! And I can't wait to share the wonderful jam that Rita made us with the food pantry at our church! Cathy: My mom: so easy to give to. So hard to get her to keep anything. Dad: She's a saint. Mom: Oh, heavens...that's too big of a compliment for me. I'll pass it along to Roberta!
Hey, why not regift if you can’t use something and another person would like it? That’s just practical. Not really like Cathy’s mother usually, however…
