Co-worker: Four hours of clicking around and I couldn't get my files transferred to my new PDA! I plugged... Unplugged... Did all my usual tricks... And, zippo! Can you believe it? So I e-mailed the manufacturer... Faxed the parent company... And left a screamer voice mail at the store re: This piece of junk! Cathy: Did you try reading the instruction manual? Co-worker: Who has time?
