Oh, Geeze, Cathy’s Mom!!! I get tired just reading your remarks! I take our Irish Setter (IS), Katie for an hour walk every day (except if it is Pouring !) She doesn’t do well without it as IS are high-energy dogs and need their daily exercise! There are some times, however, that I wish I’d of taught her how to use the treadmill!!! It is Saturday! Have a Happy Weekend and no snow (except if you live near ski resorts!)… ;)

What’s a gyrotonic stretch? Or Iyengar yoga?

Iyengar Yoga is a low-speed form that concentrates on proper alignment during the asanas (poses), and on breathing, so you move slowly from one to another. Others are fast, moving quickly between poses, and some of those can be aerobic. Especially the one done in a heated room

Cathy’s mom is SO funny……so they don’t really walk that often…..btw does anyone know Cathy’s mom’s name? Or does she just go by ’Cathy’s mom’??…..hello all Cathy fans…..hope you’re enjoying your weekend :)
