We’ve been house-hunting for well over a year and have seen several we liked but now that the market is finally beginning to rebound a little bit more, a lot of sellers seem to have gone back to pricing them at pre-2008 bubble-burst dollar amounts again (which they don’t like budging on!), therefore killing our interestin it every single time. Just today, we came across one online we really liked that, 4 years ago, sold for $200,000. It recently went back on the market again and now it’s listed for $425,000! How utterly ridiculous is that anyhow?!? And they wonder why their houses sit on the market (sometimes without a single offer) for months and months and months . . . (sigh). As always, the search goes on! :-(
