Cathy: I tried the "liquid diet," but it was too unsatisfying. Whew! I know I tried that one once, too! I tried the "grapefruit and hard boiled eggs diet," but it was too disgusting. I tried "high protein, low carb," "high carb, low fat," "medium carb, medium protein, medium fat." I tried the "Beverly Hills diet," "Malibu diet," "South Beach diet," and a diet named after a mini-mall in Saginaw, Michigan. I tried "the zone," "Atkins," "cabbage soup" and the "gluten-free toast fast"! Mom: At least you're trying, sweetie. Cathy: Thanks, Mom. I tried them all today.
So basically dieting is eating what other people tell you to. Sounds like the cafeteria in High School. I think everyone would eat better and be healthier if they had to cook their own meals or meals for their own families.
