What on earth is there to replay/recap/news flash/update/sound bite/forecast about? Irving came to their house for Thanksgiving dinner. He helped cook it, they ate it, Anne made a blubbering fool out of herself as he was leaving, then he went home again. Period. The end. There was no hand-holding, hugging, or kissing goodnight. No declarations of love. No “Why did we ever break up? Let’s get back together again!” discussion. Nothing. So it’s time to quit gossiping and get back to doing your actual job-related WORK around there already!
