Most people use up their “exercise time” by driving to the gym and cruising the parking lot looking for the parking space closest to the door. I walk 40 minutes a day; you can do it anywhere; the entire 40 minutes is exercise.
At least something is exhausted because I don’t think there was any aerobic or strength exercise done. Look, I just rolled my eyes hard… does that count as exercise? ;-)
Hello Cathy friends! Happy Thursday! We hope you feel better soon, RonnieAThompson! Sending hugs and strength your way, dear friend! Have a great day, all!
I used to go to the gym, mainly in college, but now I’m more of a walker. Tough to find the time, though I do stroll during breaks at work. It all adds up.
