Nothing wrong with getting some sun and even a tan. Sunning oneself becomes an issue if you get a sunburn. Quite frankly, a great many westerners are so pale and sickly looking from spending nearly all of their time inside in front of a computer screen. A lack of sun is not good for you. And no I am not advocating hours and hours lying in the hot sun at its peak or using tanning beds for hours at a time.
