Donna just isn’t doing the math. I wonder how Mona spent her afternoon…?

She treasured it all right, in her stomach.

The big fish eats the little fish. But Mona needs alcohol.

Mona’s expression in the last panel comes off much better if it’s Mona doing the snorkeling and then Donna brings her down by ordering fish. It’s Mona’s first pleasant experience of the whole trip, and it’s ruined by the thought of beautiful fish being killed, gutted, and broiled. But I’ll have to admit, it looks more like Donna than Mona in the first two panels. It would’ve been better my way.

    ^^^ Hello, Celine.

Donna’s having all the fun on this trip. It was her idea, after all. Mona’s been pissed since she found out she didn’t pack Monsieur Smokey, and it’s gotten worse since then.

Those expressions on their faces will reverse soon. I have a feeling something’s going down in Hawaii. Why send them there in the first place?

Kinda like carving the turkey. We’re talking about the good life in the food chain. Everything gets to this certain dimension winds up on a customer’s plate and then gone

ray C I agree. I guess Jennifer was going for the contrast of admiring the beautiful fish then eating them.
