The Zoroastrians still perform Sky Burial, I think. Expose the corpse on top of a tall tower and let the sacred vultures pick it clean.
After I’m mulched, I’ll have them plant a tree on me. (Technically, I’ll ask them before I’m mulched…) Then, so long as people wish to visit me, there’s something to see. And when nobody cares anymore, Hey! You’ve got a tree!
