Mrs. Nordling: Nobody puts more time and effort into a team than you do with the Dawgs. Planning the practices, shuffling the kids in and out of games... the coddling of a child's psyche is so frustrating, Nordling: That's a tough aspect of coaching. Mrs. Nordling: That last one wasn't about coaching, it was about this conversation.
