Man: How's it going, Warren? Warren: The sideline's were restless during my last match. You know the old saying, "A little bit of knowledge is a dangerous thing"? Man 2: A paraphrase of Alexander Pope, I believe. Warren: Well, it could describe soccer sidelines in the U.S. I had a group of parents calling for offsides every time the other team broke for a goal...and at least one dad screaming for an "icing" call. Man: To be fair, he's probably Canadian.

“A little learning is a dangerous thing.
Drink deep, or taste not the Pierian spring.
There shallow draughts intoxicate the brain,
And drinking largely sobers us again."

Soccer would be so much better if it had hockey’s offside set up. I know, I know. No one wants to hear an American tell the rest of the world what’s wrong with soccer. :-)
