    My daughter was trained for six weeks for that job.The job lasted two weeksCan you say out souse.

    This is what I do for a living and I assure you its far from the truth, although I wish it wasn’t…its more like you have 20 people waiting in the que and management is standing over you with a whip cracking it to rush people off the phone and grab the next call.

    @angellfiredragonI too work at an IT service desk and this is probably what all of our users think when they get a message to hold. I’d like to see any of them try to do this job!PLUS… this is a repeat!! Previously published on 11/6/07!!
