If he’s stealing things, he’ll be electrocuted for real soon enough… with a taser.

Many times it seems like the cashier forgets to disable to the tag on items, mine goes off all the time and nobody ever comes to me, eventually when they do they act like its common practice to forget.

Then again I am the type of guy that last week I got out to my car and realized I had two bottles of shampoo on the bottom of my cart that they missed and I forgot to put up, I go back in, stand in line again and pay for the two bottles.

One time a store even range me up as .04 cents for a game incorrectly, I went back in and the manager said “We messed up, its your’s” thinking I’d pay the actual amount.

The problem is that unless you deliberately trigger it yourself (which bears ethical complications and isn’t really recommended), there is no real way to predict when and where this might happen next, if at all.

In fact, the only times I’VE ever triggered one of these is at a library, because of a glitch in said library’s check-out system.

Another place to try that is going through the scanner at TSA airport lines. They have a great sense of humor.
