We adopted one of our daughters from Russia when she was 13. She had a lot of dental work to be done and she was TERRIFIED, and rightly so. In Russia she had had teeth pulled and cavities drilled and filled with no novocaine.
I LOVE the [sometimes] sick humor shown here. Sometimes…too true!I had a shot to pull a tooth and it caused me to pass out. Scared the crap out of the dentist! .
I prefer no Novocain. Grew up not using it and became use to not having it. Had one dentist who was very nervous filling a cavity without giving it to me.
